Bob Winters is the proud new owner of Midstate Home Inspections, LLC. He has more than twenty years of experience in many different construction trades and trained as a home inspector with the former owner of Midstate Home Inspections, Scott B. Buck, in 2019. Bob then continued working as a home inspector for Midstate Home Inspections for a year and a half prior to purchasing the business from Scott in early 2021. With an in-depth working knowledge of all the major home systems and the various issues that can arise, Bob will continue providing the detailed and thorough home inspections that clients expect and deserve from Midstate Home Inspections. Your 20-30 page report is electronically generated with extensive digital pictures and will be emailed to you within 48 hours after the physical inspection . Our goal is your satisfaction!
